Available for iOS and Android, the novelty of this new app is the possibility to follow the Portuguese tips to select types of meditation for the following situations: wake up, travel, walk, break at work, stress and difficult emotions, at home and going to sleep.
Among the features of the application are three main features: “Player” includes the audios of guided meditations with varying durations; The “Individual”, in which the user can do the meditation alone, with suggestions of what to do; And “Learning”, in which the seven basic principles of relaxation are shown.
