Mind-Blowing Photos of Historic Los Angeles

Dubbed ‘the world’s shortest railway’, the first incarnation of Angel’s Flight served some of L.A.’s most prosperous residents of the Bunker Hill district from 1901 until 1969. The original photograph was taken near the Hill Street entrance, with the Olive Street terminus clearly visible in the near distance.
