In 2014, this six-year-old cow, known as Manikyam, was confirmed as the world's shortest by the Guinness World Records team. Standing at just 61.5cm tall, Manikyam smashed the previous record of 69.07cm. The bovine lives in Atholi in the south Indian state of Kerala with her owner; a farmer and environmentalist called NV Balakrishnan, who got her as a newborn calf. Despite feeding her just like all the other cows on his farm, Manikyam never grew higher than two feet tall. She is smaller than a Labrador!
