Camp 22, also known as Hoeryong concentration camp is in one of the world’s most inaccessible places surrounded by high mountains and valleys. The prison is located near the borders of China and Russia, where escaping is impossible and prisoners are held captive for lifelong along with their family members. North Korea is known for its three generation imprisonments laws. This prison records nearly 1000 to 2000 deaths each year, and another 1000 to 2000 new inmates are brought in every year making this prison population constant. There are reports of extreme brutality, tortures, and executions and are exposed to mistreatment. Nearly, 30% of the inmates who come to this camp have some deformities like torn face, smashed eyes, scars on their faces, broken ears and other torture marks. The prisoners and the family members are born, live and die in this prison for three generation. There are reports of undaunted human experiments in this prison, where people are made to eat poisoned leaves and vegetables. The prison is a hell on the planet with slow death in progress.
