We all love Angelina Jolie, and what's not to love about the gorgeous talented actor? She's a humanitarian. She advocates on behalf of refugees all over the world. She is a strong supporter of women's rights and has always worked towards equality for the genders. But Sahar only had one wish above everything else and for that, she willingly underwent 50 procedures and shed 40kgs, just to attain the look she had always coveted. While what she did may have made her happy, but it has completely altered her look and believe us, it is nothing like Jolie.
