Japan Airlines
The Boeing 777 has long been established as a transatlantic, long-haul mainstay. In addition to being quieter and cheaper to run than many of its competitors, the 777 also features a spacious, flexible interior that can be easily configured to accommodate suites. This is perfectly exemplified by those offered by Japan Airlines. JAL is already well-known for its outstanding levels of hospitality but things are taken a notch further with a first class cabin that includes a 23-inch personal entertainment screen, a wood-grain interior and airweave bedding. In addition, passengers can enjoy an extensive menu featuring both Western and Japanese cuisine – all dishes are prepared by a team of on-board chefs. Not a bad way to travel.
