Life is a mixture of happy and sad moments

It’s like the movie Inside Out when the main character “Joy” is determined to prevent Riley from feeling sad. Slowly, as Riley goes on bottling up her feelings, she loses her entire sense of who she is. What makes Riley Riley is no longer there. Luckily, in the movie, Joy comes to her senses and lets “Sadness” take over, allowing Riley to confront her emotions before it’s too late.
