Artist Creates Visual Diary with Daily Miniature Paintings on Used Tea Bags

Ruby Silvious lives in upstate New York and has been turning discarded objects into art for many years. “I like reusing. I paint on pistachio shells and fold paper bags into bras,” says Silvious, who is a graphic designer by day and an artist by night. On 3 January 2015, she started keeping a visual journal on used tea bags and called her project 363 Days of Tea.
