Jens Stoltenberg, former Norwegian prime minister: Part-time journalist

From writing about politics to being in the midst of it, Stoltenberg used to work as a part-time journalist. He spent around two years working for newspaper Arbeiderbladet before he made the switch by rising through the ranks of the Norwegian Labor Party.
