The players were offered to choose a partner for a new game. 4 people on the photos were absolutely new while the other 54 photographs were changed in Photoshop and the people looked more or less similar to the people from the previous experiment. As a result, the researchers found out that the participants were more likely to choose someone that they played with before and who made a good impression. And more than 68% of the participants refused the photos of the players who were at least a little similar to the third man from the first game who shared the revenue rarely and wasn’t reliable.
