WHEN YOU GET HOME GO UPSTAIRSWhen you get home don’t go straight to the fridge and look inside. There is nothing in there that will make you feel better. Go upstairs have a shower, wash off the day and relax in bed doing some deep noising breathing, have a bath or light a candle and nourish yourself.
