Abbas Amir Entezam, 'Longest-Serving Political Prisoner', Dies at 86

Abbas Amir-Entezam was born to a middle-class, religious family in Tehran in 1933 and spent most of his childhood in the office of his father, a businessman. World War II began when he was 8 years old, and a year later, the Western Alliance occupied Iran.
