Kiefer Sutherland

The Designated Survivor star isn't known for acting presidential when the cameras are turned off. He was arrested for drunk driving in 2007 after failing a sobriety test, his fourth arrest for the same charge since 1989. Sutherland spent 48 days in jail after pleading no contest, but obviously didn't learn his lesson. He turned himself in to police in 2009 after headbutting a fashion designer after a fundraiser. Police dropped the charges after Sutherland and his victim released a joint apology.

It’s one thing to get arrested, but thrown in jail is another story.
