Andrija Artuković

This World War II war criminal and fascist fled to Switzerland and eventually became a longtime resident of Seal Beach, California, adopting the alias Alois Anich. Once discovered living there by Yugoslav authorities who wanted him extradited, he went through a 35-year legal battle until he was finally deported in 1986.
