Everyone knows Donald Trump primarily deals in real estate. As a landlord in the 1980’s, he stooped to some nasty and cruel methods to get his way. When he bought a 14-story building facing Central Park in New York City, he planned to tear it down and build luxury condos, but many of the tenants didn’t want to leave, so he cut heat and hot water, imposed strict rules, allowed a rat infestation without fixing the problem, and considered letting in homeless people just to force out the tenants.
