Morris Bolber
Dr. Morris Bolber was a Russian Jewish immigrant doctor in Pennsylvania in the 1930s. Using his medical expertise and mob connections, he would poison women's husbands for a fee. He and the "Philadelphia Poison Ring" killed 30-50 people. Bolber was finally arrested in 1939.
