We went with the Royal Delfin, which offers a 4 ½ hour long excursion along the south part of the picturesque coast of Tenerife in a sizable catamaran featuring a glass bottom. The excursion package included free transportation from and to our hotel, selection of drinks (water, lemonade, and….sangria), on-board lunch, a snorkeling break near Los Giganes rocks, and – most importantly – a great opportunity for seeing dolphins and pilot whales. The latter was undeniably the highlight of the entire trip. We were delighted to see these beautiful mammals splashing in the water right next to our boat. Amazing experience well worth the price!
