Even healthy (okay healthy may be too strong of a word but to college students that survive on kraft dinner, anything from an actual food group is considered healthy) foods like red meat, onions, curry, low-carb alternatives, broccoli, cabbage, garlic, cauliflower, caffeine, and low carb alternatives can often lead to a bad odor coming from the sweat glands and/or from other excretion areas of the body. Foods that naturally emit a strong odor carry the likeliness to retain their scent when they are broken down after being ingested, especially foods that contain sulfur, and according to Huffington Post, once ingested these smelly compounds will circulate in the bloodstream and be released from the body through blood, sweat, and urine.
