Although that experience was wonderful, the one I cherish most is my time volunteering at a Bangkok orphanage. Despite that most of the children there were from abusive or severely impoverished families, their smiles and attitudes were brighter than any others I have ever encountered. They taught me a valuable lesson about the power of the human spirit.
