Taal volcano evacuees play dress up in unsuitable clothes donated to them

Taal Volcano has had created major chaos leading to the evacuation of half of the millions of people living around the area. That's truly saddening. However, Filipinos didn't let the volcano vaporize their happiness. On the contrary, citizens were seen dressed up in clothes donated to them which were 'unsuitable' to them.
