Economic Times shows that 63 percent of mid-level professionals consider a higher salary a reason to stay in a job or subsequently look for better opportunities.However, according to the latest FlexJobs survey on career change, work-life balance was the top reason for finding a new career. Money and the cost savings associated with more flexible jobs also made it into the top four reasons, along with finding more meaningful work and reducing stress from work.
