In some cases, it
can become much worse and
you might develop extremely inflamed skin. Sometimes
the itch gets so bad that people
scratch it until it bleeds, which
can make
your eczema worse. This is called
the “
itch-
scratch cycle.”
Eczema does not
spread from person to person. However, it
can spread to various parts of the body (for example, the face, cheeks, and chin [of infants] and the neck, wrist, knees, and elbows [of adults]).
