Patients in NHS hospitals have shared some of the 'vile' and unrecognisable dishes offered up to them while they are supposed to be getting better. From cold potatoes to meals so tiny that they wouldn't feed a child being offered to heavily pregnant women, people from all over the country have shared pictures of the horrendous meals. One elderly patient was even served a meal so dry that it was inedible, and when they asked for some sauce, they claim staff advised them to pour soup over it if they wanted to add moisture.
