Women in the changing world of work

So they end up taking prolonged breaks. However, such career breaks also put the brakes on the national economy; the lives and wealth of women affect everyone.  The bright light at the end of the tunnel is that India Inc. is rising up to embrace these challenges and create a holistic work environment for all.  Change doesn’t happen overnight but hopefully, for India, it has surely started.
