Paris Hilton and Carter Reum’s Wedding

There were at least two additional outfit changes throughout the course of the evening. During the reception, Hilton looked resplendent in an off-the-shoulder princess gown with a sweetheart neckline custom-designed by Galia Lahav. The gown was appropriately showcased during the couple's first dance.
