JEFF KOONS X BMW: first look of the artist's special edition 8 series gran coupe revealed

The press release accompanying the new BMW Art Car defines The 8 X Jeff Koons as the car with the “Most elaborate design ever”. Each car, set up in Dingolfing and Landshut, requires 200 hours of work (obviously by hand) carried out by a team of specialists, who apply a kaleidoscope of colored details (eleven different colors; from shades of blue and light blue to silver gray, from yellow to black), inspired by the world of comics (as evidenced by the “POP!” in plain sight on each side), with the help of magnifying glasses to eliminate the slightest smudging.
