When Rich kids are getting into trouble

Poor children are often seen outside, playing in streets even laughing at failed attempts at begging and playing. This proves how often they would be happy. But, there is also the downside. These poor children may have illiterate parents who would feel no need to educate their children. Depriving them of their right, school life, dooming their future. They could be made to do work early. Doing hard labor here and there or labor that damages health.
