Why do rich people send their children to study abroad?

Most of the students coming to India from abroad take admission in B.Tech. Only 9,503 students have enrolled in B.Tech. Apart from this, 3964 in BSc, 3290 in BBA and 2596 in BE were enrolled in foreign students. Wherein 2451 foreign students enrolled in BPharm, 2295 in BA and 1820 in BCA.
