Why do rich people send their children to study abroad?

As privileged Chinese have been expanding their networks of personal connections, abroad, however, they now feel safe sending their sons and daughters to study in any country. Only ten percent of uber-loaded Germans choose to have their children study abroad; for French the number is less five percent, and for Japanese it's not even one percent.
