UK arms Ukraine with advanced Brimstone 2 missiles

As the Ukraine-Russia war continues unabated, the US has provided Kyiv with an additional $400 million arms package to assist the country after a series of Russian air strikes on the country’s energy infrastructure, the US Defense Department said. The drawdown package, authorized by President Joe Biden, includes National Advanced NASAMS, ammunition for High Mobility Artillery Rocket Systems (HIMARS), more than 100 light tactical vehicles, and over 200 generators.
