Britney Spears was seen having a 'manic' meltdown at a restaurant in Los Angeles on Friday night. TMZ is reporting the pop star, 41 suffered an upsetting mental episode after she and her husband, Sam Asghari, 28 arrived to Joey for dinner in the Woodland Hills area, along with their body guard.
