German police believe El-Rawi - who is said to have family ties to Egypy - was the culprit behind a drug gang-related shooting in Hamburg in April 2020. After several shooters exchanged gunshots, one person was left with severe injuries. After the shooting El-Rawi fled to Barcelona in Spain but his current whereatbouts are unknown. Cops say he may have moved on to another country and are offering a 5,000 Euro (£4,300) reward.
