In 2018, MrBeast purchased his very first home on the street, which went up for sale for around $320,000 (£250,000), according to The Post. From there, he embarked on a gradual buying spree of the neighbouring houses for his family and employees, paying a premium for each, as some weren’t up for sale. In the following year, he purchased the three remaining off-market homes for a combined $1.45 million (£1.14 million).
