What should you do when you're being chased by a car?

Ignore flashing headlights

If the other driver starts to flash their headlights they might just be warning you of a problem that you aren’t aware of. 

Or they might be trying to lull you into pulling over. The best bet is to carry on and to pull over only when you reach a place of safety.
