Who was Kasia Lenhardt?

A friend of Kasia's told MailOnline that Kasia's death was on her son Noah's sixth birthday and that she was home alone when she died. Noah is Kasia's only child, born when she was aged 19 and in a previous relationship with a man whose name has not been made public.
