The couple have been honest with Mia too, with Gabbi telling her daughter that she wasn't going outside for a while because she was afraid people would make fun of her. But Mia reached over and gave Gabbi a hug, telling her: "Daddy, I will never make fun of you." On Friday, Gabbi came out as trans and said she was finally able to hold her head up high after hiding for months. "The previous eight months have been some of the darkest of my entire life. The emotional turmoil of being transgender and having to face the world has almost ended me on multiple occasions," she wrote on Instagram.
