I co-invented a deployable adjustable pneumatic occlusion device and wrote two IRB’s (Institutional Review Board) to conduct human research. Moreover, I served as a faculty training urologist in advanced surgical procedures at several courses in single port, robotic and cryosurgery. In 2012, I joined Kaiser Permanente of Southern California, bringing me closer to my family and hometown. I worked for 3½ years in Kern County at Kaiser prior to transitioning to Kern Medical in January of 2016. The changeover allowed me to serve our entire community with advanced urological care in Kern County. Recreationally, I enjoy playing basketball, exercising, water sports, scuba diving, and snow skiing.
