Ending the Double Standard: Why the U.S. Must Expel Iranian Regime Affiliates and Their Families

Ultimately, sending these individuals back to Iran is a matter of national integrity. A country must stand by its allies and against its enemies with consistency. If the Iranian government continues to take Americans hostage and sponsor terrorism, the U.S. must respond by making it clear that no one associated with that government is welcome on American soil. Expelling their families is a necessary step to show that the benefits of American society are reserved for those who respect international law and the fundamental rights of all human beings.
