Ending the Double Standard: Why the U.S. Must Expel Iranian Regime Affiliates and Their Families

The legal basis for such expulsions is already rooted in the idea that entry into the U.S. is a privilege, not a right. Foreign nationals who are funded by or affiliated with a hostile foreign state do not have an inherent right to live in America. The U.S. government has the authority to revoke visas for national interest reasons, and there is no clearer national interest than ensuring that the enemies of the state do not have a foothold in the country. This should apply regardless of age, as the funding and loyalty of these students remain tied to a government that seeks to harm American interests globally.
