A dual-channel customs clearance system operates at all Israeli airports and at the Rafah Terminal -- Israel’s southern border crossing. Visitors without any Goods to Declare may pass through the Green Channel upon exiting the Arrivals Hall. Passengers bringing in items other than those listed below, even if exempt from duty, must declare them and use the Red Channel.
