The embassy statement was issued after a local TV station reported that the ambassador’s daughter fell from a ninth-floor window on a Renault car and died. But the video evidence obtained by RFE/RL's Russian-language Current Time TV clearly confirms reports in local media that Arefe Sanaei fell on a car in the street. ​
