There are now several capitals around the globe that host their own Fashion Week, from Lagos to Copenhagen, through to Kiev. But the four most important Fashion Weeks take place in New York, London, Milan and Paris. These four cities invite designers to show twice a year, and always in the same order: New York opens the show, with Paris at the end of the month.
