Miss England finalist is first ever to enter without make-up

The unusual step was taken to promote beauty that exceeds what’s commonly seen and expected on social media. Organisers had previously introduced a 'bare-face top model' round but say it's the first time they have known anyone to compete at the pageant without wearing make-up.
