World's most hated (and loved) billionaires revealed

Trump was widely regarded as the most hated billionaire from America, the United Kingdom, China, Brazil, Indonesia, Israel and Kenya. The only states where Trump was not declared the most hated were Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Ohio and Delaware.
