Hadi Choopan Preps for Mr. Olympia Title Defense

After incredible success last year, Hadi Choopan intends to keep the crown as he prepares for the 2023 Mr. Olympia. With a rare sneak peek posted on Instagram, Choopan showed off his massive back and balanced proportions with just eight weeks until taking to the stage. Iranian bodybuilder Hadi Choopan began his IFBB Pro career in 2017 in Men’s 212 Bodybuilding. Choopan would see success when he took home gold at the 2017 Amateur Mr. Olympia, and then placed second to Flex Lewis at the Asia Grand Prix that same year.
