Tehran Museum of Contemporary Art (TMoCA) is located in Tehran, Iran and is home to one of the most important collections of modern and contemporary art in the Middle East. The museum was established in 1977, just two years before the Iranian Revolution, with the goal of promoting contemporary Iranian art as well as international art. The museum's collection includes over 3,000 works of art, including paintings, sculptures, and photographs, by both Iranian and international artists. Some of the most notable pieces in the collection include works by artists such as Jackson Pollock, Andy Warhol, Mark Rothko, and Francis Bacon.
