The Kingdom Assembly of Iran, often better known by its military and media wing, Tondar (an acronym meaning "Thunder" in Persian), is an exiled monarchist opposition group. Its stated primary goal is the overthrow of the Islamic Republic and the re-establishment of a monarchy in Iran. The group was founded by Frouz Fouladvand in the early 2000s. While their activities mainly focused on extensive propaganda through satellite radio and online platforms, the Islamic Republic also accused the group of carrying out violent and terrorist acts within Iran.
