Stanford Professor of Chemical Engineering Zhenan Bao and a group of his colleagues created the primary digital biopolymer that may dissolve in a human physique after use. In their paper, they describe their creation as light-weight, biocompatible, ultra-thin, and completely innocent. The scientists say this machine could be utilized in many fields to present analysis with out hurt to the setting.
Ting Lei, the paper’s lead creator, says, “The next step also includes broadening the use of these degradable polymers, such as chem/bio sensors and even more complicated electronics.”
